Any table may be viewed in the Viewer, or in the Navigator window, by selecting it from the drop-down list on the Toolbar.

Fonts in a table may be enlarged or reduced by using the zoom icons on the Toolbar or from the Window menu. Ctrl + I (Zoom In) and Ctrl + O (Zoom Out) produce the same effect.

Dragging the column header left or right resizes a column to fit the window or to fit the data. Right-clicking in a table produces a menu offering the same choices.

Dragging a column header to a new position rearranges the columns, and dragging it into the grouping panel at the top of the table groups it on that field. Grouping is a powerful tool for reorganising the data. A table may be grouped on more than one column, allowing the information to be restructured to several levels.
