code table
The Code table lists those entries which have been classified for their thematic interest for such subjects as legal matters, land tenure, manorial changes, changes in taxation, and miscellaneous items of unusual interest.
The Code table has a separate record for each separate code in each coded entry, with the following fields:
Code: the code for the subject matter
County: the Domesday county
Phillimore: the Phillimore entry reference
TextType: the code for the type of entry
